Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If your dog does not enjoy Roo Food, we offer a one-time refund or store credit for first-time purchases within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.
• Unopened Products: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we accept returns on unopened, sealed bags within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Attach clear photos of any damaged or defective products (if applicable).
• If returning an item, we will provide return instructions. Once received, we will issue a refund or exchangewithin 5-7 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or Used Products: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bags.
• Custom or Discounted Orders: Clearance items and promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
